The Enterprises Summer Intern & Events Administrator will form an important part of the Enterprises and Events team, supporting all members of the department across their busiest time of the year. The department is responsible for the commercial hiring of College grounds, spaces and venues when not in use for teaching purposes, alongside running internal and external events, daily College tours and a wide variety of sports bookings.
If you’re looking for event planning experience, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll have the chance to gain hands-on experience in organising a diverse range of events, from weddings to corporate functions, while working closely with the rest of the department. The role offers a mix of office-based tasks and on-the-ground event support, with occasional evening and weekend work required.
